I had a wonderful stay at this hotel which offers a great view from the higher floors. The rooms are spacious with a good size wardrobe, and opening the windows adds a nice touch. The service, especially from Vicky the receptionist, was top-notch with fast service all around. The location is brilliant, right in the center of town close to everything Whitby has to offer. The dining experience could have been improved with better bread options, but overall, it was satisfying. The facilities were modern and convenient, offering a great value for the money spent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff, especially Vicky the receptionist, provided excellent service.
